I am Patryk
I definitely feel best in the role of UX designer. UX research, workshops, user interviews are very important for me in the design process – the last 2 years I worked with amazing researchers Agata Wajer-Gądecka Dorota Rydzik Katarzyna Kucharczyk, from whom I learned a lot.
I am also very interested in creating/leading a project team. I have been leading a 100% remote team since the beginning of 2022. During my work as a leader, I optimized processes by creating, among other things, a project process and responsibilities for each position. As a leader, I focused on creating a team based on shared values and culture and implementing changes based on current management knowledge.
I am interested in the area of DesignOps – which gives me great satisfaction in optimizing the work of the entire team. I am also eager to get involved in optimizations that go beyond my team and affect the company as a whole.
I have had the pleasure to cooperate with Patryk in one team for about 1,5 years. We had a chance to work on very different tasks such as planning and conducting research projects, organising and co-moderating workshops and recruting new UX team members.
Patryk is a perfect team player, a devoted and empathic person. He can listen to others and conclude. He supports colleagues both in the organisation and UX aspects. On the other hand, Patryk is a great team leader. He can give and receive constructive feedback. Moreover, he has wide experience and knowledge in the field of UX Design and a deep understanding of UX Research.
I was lucky to have Patryk as a team leader. He is an extremely empathetic person who is focused on improving the comfort of work for everyone on the team. I think that each of us felt not only heard and taken care of, but also empowered. We felt a lot of autonomy and decision-making power in our projects.
It was Patryk who brought the team together, creating the atmosphere of a close-knit group of friends that you miss. At the same time, we did not have the feeling of "corporate" hierarchy, and we were proudly represented as a team. I am glad that I was in your team Patryk and I hope - see you soon!
When I started work at Comarch, Patryk was Senior Designer already.
His analysis skill and knowledge of the best design patterns always impress me.
He worked on many projects in different domains, and every coworker was satisfied with his work.
After his promotion as team leader, I observed that he built a great team with superb relationships. Every designer in his team worked effectively and with high motivation.
Patryk is a great listener who is ready to help at any time. He can usefully manage a project from the early discovery phase to a final solution and continue development in a mature state of the product. He constantly challenges ideas, processes and approaches. If you have Patryk on the board, it makes you bound to succeed.
Patryk was the one who conducted the job interview with me and already at that time he came across as an amazingly empathetic and professional person. As a team leader, he always made us feel cared for and we could rely on him in every topic. He has great leadership skills and always took an interest in every person. He was curious about our projects, the progress we have made, how we felt and coped with them and he always made sure If we needed any support or help. I have been working in Patryk's team for several months. From the very beginning, he was very
